As 2020 winds down, I wanted to take a moment and wish everybody a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Many of you are repeat lenders and clients but I also connected with new lenders, realtors, homeowners and law firms this past year. I also appreciate all referrals sent my way!
2020 showed me that we really can’t predict what the future holds. When I look back at some of the real estate topics that I felt would highlight 2020, none were the main headlines due to COVID. Comparing now to March when COVID hit, the tone has changed. The demand has been staggering in this market areas of Sacramento, Placer, Nevada counties. On the flip side, I always find it interesting to see where sellers are moving. Many sellers seemingly heading out of state. What will this trend look like in 2021? We shall see. With each passing year, I realize more that my crystal ball is broken!
I’ll also look to get back on track with my real estate blog more regular in 2021. Lender demand was the highest it has been in recent memory this past year. It forced me to stagger my private assignments to keep up with this demand. Thank you all who were patient with my timelines.
