Happy New Year! I hope everybody is refreshed as the new year starts rolling.

I am hearing nationally and locally more and more news that the market is slowing. While that is stating the obvious, I think its imperative to embrace the market changing and look at the market from various vantage points. Pay attention to the regional market, local market and segmented (comparable) market! Each may trend slightly different.

Over the past 24 hours, there has been 140 price reductions with only 7 price increases (Metrolist source). I’ve worked with more realtors lately with private appraisals helping sellers see the changing market trends. Contact to discuss if needed.
